I've taken my car to Fraserview twice: Once for a torn out window and damaged door and once for a broken window. One repair was an ICBC repair, and the other was not. The price for the private repair was very reasonable - much less than the quotes I got elsewhere.
While there for the ICBC repair I also came in with unrelated damage on the side of my vehicle. I could not afford to repair it yet but was worried about exterior rusting. They helped me by providing a paint touch up in a very large area for free to tie me over until I could get it repaired properly. They were also careful to warn me that the insides will likely begin rusting within a year, though.

"I went to these guys a couple months ago when I had a fender bender. They are an ICBC Approved repair shop, so if you don't need to go into ICBC for an appointment, you can just take it right there. I was told to go here by a work associate who is in the car business.
I received great service. They were friendly, caring, and really seemed to want to do the best job for me and my car. They replaced all the parts that needed to be replaced and had my car ready when they said they would. Their paint matching is excellent! They even gave me a courtesy car to use, since my car was in for a week. I'll be back if I (hopefully never) need to again!"
